Cooking Instructions
- Boil water: For 1 cup of vermicelli, add 4 cups of water, 1 tsp oil, and 1 tsp salt.
- After the vermicelli is cooked, remove from flame, strain the water, and run cold water through it.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, carrot, green chilies, curry leaves, urad dal, and chana dal until they turn golden brown.
- Add curd and seasoning to the cooked vermicelli.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
